Dear friends, my name is Catherine, I'm a forest therapy guide of The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). My doggie - Peanut Candy is my informal guide, she guided me to heal by nature and feel our deep connection with animals and the environment. I feel grateful for the love of nature – My therapist in my life. Therefore, I learned as a forest therapy guide. I wish I could collaborate with nature to open the door and experience the interconnection between people, animals and the environment, together to be healed in love by nature - our home.
