Hello!  I am a Reiki Master Healer and certified ANFT Forest Therapy Guide. I have been fascinated with animals and nature all my life and have a strong belief in the concept of 'universal energy'. We have always known that walking in the woods makes us feel better, now science is starting to understand how and why. Curious? Read more

Whilst leading Nature Meditations for my local Land Trust I noticed people leaving in a calmer, more relaxed state of mind than when they arrived, and committed to bringing more Forest Therapy into my practice to share my love of nature with the wider population, encouraging more people to open themselves up to rest and self-healing. I regularly guide programs for several local land trusts and work with autistic young adults, senior groups, caregivers and families. I also enjoy guiding private group walks.  Each walk is shaped to meet the needs of the participants and can be enjoyed by all ages and abilities; in person or online.

I delight in all the natural world has to offer, and enjoy discovering more about the healing potential of animals, plants and trees. Every walk is a new experience. It is my pleasure to share this wonder with you.

In addition to Forest Therapy walks I also offer private reiki sessions for people and their animals.
