Casey is a horticulturist, urban farmer and seed saver who became an ANFT certified guide as a part of the Bluebird cohort. She is fascinated by the interplay between cultivated and wild spaces and the role we humans play within them. The practice of forest bathing has helped her bring needed balance to her life, to reconnect with her sense of wonder, and to feel more joyful and in love with the world around her. She loves the way this practice provides folks the opportunity to slow down and just BE outside for a short while. The results are profoundly impactful.
