Nature Immersion Journeys Claimed

Nature immersion journeys is a private company that focuses on sensory based experiences in nature.  The forest bathing walk consists of mindfulness type of invitations offered to my guests to allow them a chance to completely have a brain vacation and absorb all of the health benefits of nature.  Extra add ons for this walk may include sound healing, group health coaching, yoga, as well as health and gratitude journaling if a group wants to extend their "walk" into more of a mini retreat.
