Hi, I'm Anya!
I am an ecologist, trail runner, cat and chicken mom, and a science nerd by profession. Nature has always been my way to decompress and find life balance, creativity, and inspiration. My goal is to help you explore the simple yet profound benefits that a bit of time in nature may offer.
I am a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and also trained in Wilderness First Aid and CPR. I am currently offering walks in the San Francisco Bay Area (primarily East Bay - Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek) but am also available for private walks in Sonoma County. I look forward to meeting you on a future walk!
