Hi, I'm Anya!
I am a nature lover, trail runner, cat and chicken mom, and an ecologist by profession. Nature has always been my way to decompress and find life balance, creativity, and inspiration. My goal is to help you explore the simple yet profound benefits that a bit of time in nature may offer.
I am a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and also trained in Wilderness First Aid and CPR. I am currently offering walks in Sonoma County (primarily around Santa Rosa) but I am also available for private walks in the greater San Francisco Bay Area (Marin, Napa, or East Bay). I look forward to meeting you on a future walk!
