Amber Schwinn Claimed

In her work as a Trauma Recovery Coach, Amber incorporates her Nature and Forest Therapy Guide certification through the ANFT to help clients heal, build resilience, and self-realize their innate wholeness, aided by inspiration from and self-led experiences with the more than human world. 

Amber guides one-on-one as well as group Nature Forest Therapy walks separately from her Trauma Recovery Coaching, but also incorporates the healing power of nature into her coaching models, believing that when we can see ourselves reflected in the world that we find so beautiful, we can discover the same love, beauty, and compassion for all of the varied parts of ourselves. 

With an emphasis on educating clients on the long-lasting and potentially devastating effects that developmental and childhood trauma has on us, she helps clients understand their own trauma and build a self-led road to recovery, working together to develop coping skills and goal setting on their journey. 

Amber resides in Los Angeles with her family, sassy cat, and way too many succulents.
