Aha! Ventures is the independent practice of Amanda Hachey, a facilitator, leadership pracitioner, and Forest Therapy Guide based in Moncton, New Brunswick, working at the intersection of strategic conversation, leadership, and nature-based connection.

With over 20 years in community development and social innovation, and a Master's in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability, Amanda brings a rare blend of rigor and warmth to her work — helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complexity through meaningful dialogue and reflection rather than quick fixes.

Aha! Ventures spans four interconnected service areas. Facilitation and strategic conversations support organizations working through change, tension, or big questions, creating space for honest dialogue that leads to real decisions. Leadership development offers peer-based, relational approaches to growing capacity in individuals and teams across Atlantic Canada's nonprofit and community sectors. Retreats and restorative experiences draw on Amanda's training through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), inviting people into the Bay of Fundy landscape to slow down, reconnect, and return to their work renewed. Coaching and small-group circles provide ongoing, intimate support for leaders navigating their own growth.

Underlying all of this is a consistent thread: systems change and social innovation, grounded in place and in nature. Whether she's guiding in a boardroom through a difficult strategic conversation or leading a small group through a forest bathing walk along the Bay of Fundy, Amanda's approach is the same — presence, deep listening, and trust that the right process, in the right setting, unlocks the insight a group or individual already carries.
