Hello! I am a mental health counselor who has lived almost all my life in the Appalachian Mountains in East TN. I spent many years as a child playing on my family's land on the mountain and by the lake, soaking up sun, water, wind, and building forts in the woods. As an adult, I felt myself being drawn back into the woods and the land, and now I find myself in those places quite often.
I wish to accompany others in this wonderful world of ours, on guided walks in nature to help strengthen and deepen our relationships with ourselves and with others.
